• All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days after confirmation.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Shipping Duration

• Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days across Pakistan.

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days for major cities.
  Delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders Prepaid Orders. Debit / Credit Card Payment. 
• A Standard fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders, Cash on Delivery

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to help you monitor your parcel in real-time.

Delivery Policy

• Customers can check the parcel before payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Return and Replacement

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
